This DVD has become a major part of my son’s training. He is one of the top first basemen in the state and is going into his senior year and hoping to play D1 in college. He’s great at bat but lacks speed. We found this DVD in an internet search and took a chance on it. We’re already seeing improvements!
I love how specific this is. I’ve never found anything like it.
