Being a multisport athlete, I’ve long needed to incorporate more explosive exercises into my routine and build speed and power. I have the endurance and the base but I’ve always lacked that “kick”. I’m working on what I’ve read in this book and it’s a fun, new challenge for me. I’m confident this will help me set some new PRs this year.
